Shipping policy

Free shipping

Every order shipped within the United States ships free. There is no minimum order value.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days after dispatch. Some pieces ship from our partner warehouses overseas and others from within the United States, so items in one order may arrive in separate parcels on different days.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, we will email you a confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes for some items; if this applies to your order, we will contact you.

Delays and lost parcels

Carriers occasionally experience delays outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, or tracking has not updated for 7 days, email us at support@maisoncouvert.com and we will investigate with the carrier and resolve it for you.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but we will do our best to help.
